Chevron — Napa, CA
This project is located in the picturesque Napa Valley. The existing structure was outdated and in need of extensive repair, so the update of the location involved the complete demolition of the existing gas station and service bays. The design is a modification of a “prototype” that resulted in no significant construction cost increase. A 2,800 square foot “Food Mart” replaced the services bays to increase revenue. The new site layout provides better overall traffic flow to this high profile location at the corner of the “gateway” entrance to the City of Napa.
