Designed to house the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility requiring 45' of clear ceiling height and a 75' ton moving crane, this fast track project was designed, approved, and constructed in less than one year. The building itself was a hybrid structure incorporating a combination of tilt-up panels and deep rib metal siding turned on its side and used in a horizontal manner. This facility located in Fairfield has been featured in numerous publications including Modern Steel Construction, The Oakland Tribune and many others. This project was the recipient of a Metal Construction Association Grand Award, a Gold Nugget Grand Award, and a City of Fairfield Design Awards Program Grand Award.

“ARC Inc. achieved not only the complex technical specifications which we required, but met the critical deadlines and in the process produced a design of which we are extremely proud. Although the initial building is modest in size, it has a most impressive appearance. We believe the property will undoubtedly be regarded as a new landmark in the City of Fairfield. Although the project uses structural steel, the scheme also lessened concerns of planners about the continued erection of metal buildings in Fairfield.”
