Rose Medical Arts Center is prominently positioned on a knoll above street level and highly visible from Interstate 780. The 25,000 square foot Mediterranean style structure is designed as a symmetrical L, with a large covered atrium rising 35 feet. The open air atrium lobby has an elevator, sweeping stairway and features a major work by sculptor Lee Champagne.
