Cavanagh, Connor & Co. required a complete “makeover" including ADA upgrades, separate restrooms for men and women, new lighting and HVAC. Central to the design was our response to the client’s request for more light to come into the central office area, and a more light and airy reception area. Sidelights were added to the office at the perimeter to bring in natural light. The wall of the reception area was removed and replaced with a window wall to bring in light and an existing soffit was removed. The front door was enhanced to provide a more dramatic entrance.
