Kaiser Medical Center
Conversion of existing warehouse structure into new 30,000 square foot class “A” medical office building in Vallejo. The conversion included adding a second floor, cutting windows and doorways into the existing concrete walls, cladding the structure with a stucco finish, adding an elevator, re-grading the site for a new parking lot and landscaping, and also adding a new utility system. The facility is currently being used as a drug and alcohol rehabilitation and counseling clinic for Kaiser Permanente Hospital.
