Pleasanton Office Building
ARC Inc. was challenged to design an office building with a
“residential” flavor to appease adjacent home owners. The use of
wood and stone materials were used to blend into the neighborhood, while the
front elevation was stepped back to reduce the overall massing of the two story
structure. This 20,000 square foot building is located in Pleasanton, CA at 6088
Sunol Blvd. ARC Inc. was retained by the new owner/tenant, LP2A, to design the
interior tenant improvement.
