Bay Ridge Apartments — Benicia, CA
These apartments were designed and built to satisfy “Inclusionary” requirements for the Single-Family Housing development in the adjacent Southampton subdivision. This project was planned to meet the code standards for Owner- Occupied Condominiums if converted in the future. ARC Inc. collaborated with Luis Delgado on the design of this development.
