East Ridge Residence — Green Valley, CA

This custom home was developed to maximize the 1/4 acre corner lot that it sits on. The owner wanted to maintain the rustic feeling of the neighborhood and to have home that fit the property. The majestic oaks and the rolling hills of the land were important design consideration that we wanted to capture in our planning. We worked with the owners to help them to have a home that was special, but did not “Stand out”. We used subtle design features such as the stucco arches over the windows and the front columns to create the feel the owner wanted.
