Client: Ranch at the Canyons

This centerpiece property serves as the focal point for recreational activities in the preserve for local estate residents and visitors in this mountain preserve. Nestled amongst the mountains near Monkey Face Rock and Black Face National Park, this Tuscan-style structure is equipped with several amenities - a commercial kitchen, an interior courtyard and a great room. Architectural features include imported Italian roof tiles, Tuscan brick and stone archways and a clock tower. Guests are accommodated in suites located throughout the property. The structure’s beauty is intensified by having the exterior material elements distressed. Nature-walks and pathways surround the property allowing for excursions to view the abundant wildlife in the area. A lake is located just below the property in the nearby valley making this a complementary addition to this serene setting.
