Private Residence — Napa, CA

This 1800’s Colonial style home underwent updates that did not upset the traditional nature of the structure. The kitchen was updated to gourmet status with all new appliances, flooring, and an added skylight. In the sun room, the low, flat ceiling was modified to a vaulted roof. The detached 6-car garage was adapted into a classic car showroom, complete with imported Italian black and white checkered flooring. Due to the age of the structure, special engineering was employed to ensure that modifications did not adversely affect the longevity of this brilliant estate property.
