7-Eleven & Carl’s Jr. — Martinez, CA

This 13,000 square foot retail development at the intersection of Arnold Ave. and Morello Dr. provides good traffic flow and pedestrian circulation as well as parking in this varied retail site. The buildings were set above grade, which gave this project wonderful visibility from the intersection. The buildings were designed in a “neo-victorian” style with wood siding and details to tie in with this quaint bayside city.
