This 10,000 square foot development on the North West corner of Imola Avenue and Coombs Street includes a 7-11/Citgo gas station and a 7,000 square foot auto parts store. The 1.6 acre site is accessible from both streets and is highly visible to automobiles on the heavily-traveled Imola Avenue. The use of softer/natural materials such as wood siding and brick wainscots in the building design ties in with this historic “gateway” to the new riverfront development along Coombs Street.
