Retail Center — Fairfield, CA

The Harley-Davidson Dealership, a long time Fairfield landmark which had fallen into a dilapidated state, was demolished to develop a retail center with a contemporary design and improved site plan. The 24,995 sq ft center, which will be anchored by PETCO, will be a marked improvement over the older structure, which was a basic box. In our development of the vehicle circulation plan we were able to dramatically improve the flow between this property and the neighboring lot, which contains a busy "In-N-Out Burger" restaurant.
