This development has excellent visibility from interstate 580, but it also offered some unique design challenges. Our client wanted to create a center for commuter traffic and had secured Starbucks and 7-Eleven to anchor the 10,000 sq ft building. The shape of the parcel, combined with numerous easements forced the location of the building. We created a structure with foursided architecture and a drive-thru for the Starbucks to maximize the use of the land while helping to overcome the access, circulation and parking challenges that the lot presented.
