Pinole Ridge Shopping Center

This high visibility site, just east of Interstate 80 in the city of Pinole was transformed from a former Century Theater location—which had become a local eyesore—into a pedestrian friendly 45,000 square foot retail center. We worked closely with the city in order to meet their zoning requirements in creating this center. The end design resulted in the buildings “hiding” the parking from Fitzgerald St, which was key for the city in working with their master plan. Our client was able to attract both a higher level of occupant and customer, and enjoys higher rents because of that.
