Popeyes/Togo’s/Baskin-Robbins/Tesoro Gas/C-Store Suisun City, California
Located adjacent to Highway 12, this site was maximized to accomodate a variety of consumer needs. The c-store adjacent to the fuel dispensers includes a Togo’s/ Baskin-Robbin’s in addition to the standard convenience store fare. The building design was tied into the prototypical Popeye’s Chicken QSR located next door. The circulation was designed to avoid conflict between the car wash and QSR Drive-thru traffic.
