ARC Inc. has provided site survey and permitting services for over 100 stores throughout California. The in-depth site survey prepared in coordination with engineers, contractors and Starbucks real estate and construction professionals is done to determine the viability of a specific location. Once the site has been selected, and the plans prepared, ARC Inc. takes the project through the vast maze of bureaucracy known as the Building and Health departments.
