This Vallejo, CA project was an adaptive re-use of a 19,200 square foot former ”Liquor Barn” Warehouse, acquired by Walgreens for conversion into a new store. The existing building was gutted to accommodate all new finishes and fixtures. The building exterior received a complete facelift incorporating stucco with paint and brick tile accents. Finally, new metal roofing was installed at the front facade and above the new drive up window canopy. As the addition of drive-thru requires a conditional use permit, this office coordinated and obtained the necessary planning approvals.
